The House at 15 Lawrence Avenue in Wakefield, Massachusetts is a well preserved Queen Anne house with a locally rare surviving carriage house. The 2 1⁄2-story wood-frame house follows a fairly straightforward Greek Revival three-bay side hall plan, but is decoratively shingled in the Queen Anne style, and has a two story bay window. It has a clipped front gable, and a wraparound porch with turned posts, decorative valance, and turned balustrade.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
