The House at 15 Wave Avenue in Wakefield, Massachusetts is a well-preserved Italianate style house. It was built between 1875 and 1883, at a time when the town was experiencing significant growth. It is a 2 12-story wood-frame structure, in an L shape with gabled ends on the roof and a side hall layout. It has round arch windows in the gable end, extended eaves with paired decorative brackets, and a richly decorated single-story front porch with jigsaw-cut valances.[2]

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
