The House at 23 Lawrence Street in Wakefield, Massachusetts is a good example of a late 19th-century high-style Colonial Revival house. The 2 1⁄2-story wood-frame house was built around the turn of the 20th century. It has a round corner bay and a wraparound porch supported by paired columns atop paneled piers. The main gable is filled with a Palladian window. The house was built on a street first developed in the 1870s by prominent local business owners.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
