Hrystyna Kots-Hotlib (Ukrainian: Христина Коц-Готліб); (born 2 May 1983 in Donetsk, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian singer and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Ukraine Universe 2009 and represented Ukraine in Miss Universe 2009.

Biography

Hrystyna was crowned Miss Ukraine Universe on 29 February 2009 [1] and represented her country Ukraine at the Miss Universe 2009 pageant at the Bahamas on 23 August 2009.

She started her modeling career while studying at the Donetsk Trade and Economy Institute where she received her Masters Degree in International Economics.[2]

Pageants

Kots-Gotlib won the title and the crown for Miss Ukraine Universe 2009 as well as a Mercedes-Benz, a monthly stipend of $5,000 for a year, and a trip to Paris, France. Currently she is interested in dancing, playing soccer and she likes to disassemble home appliances.

Nu Virgos

Hrystyna has won dozens of local and national beauty contests, and also started her singing career in 2005 with the pop Ukrainian girl trio VIA-Gra (ВИА Гра).[3]
