"I'm Gonna Crawl" is the seventh and final track on Led Zeppelin's 1979 album In Through the Out Door. It was composed by John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page and Robert Plant.
Overview
The music to "I'm Gonna Crawl" was in large part composed by John Paul Jones, prepared prior to recording at Polar Studios in Sweden on a Yamaha GX-1 synthesiser, with the verses in 12/8 time.[1] The song tells of a girl that "drives me crazy... she's the apple of my eye. I love the lady. I got to be her fool."
"I'm Gonna Crawl" was never performed live at Led Zeppelin concerts.[1]
The song was performed during shows by Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience in 2011.
