Independent University, Bangladesh (Bengali: ইনডিপেন্ডেন্ট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়) or IUB is one of the oldest, largest and finest private universities in Bangladesh. Its permanent campus is in Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka. The university was established in 1993 by the Private University Act, 1992.[1][2]
