Italian general election, 1996 (Veneto)

The Italian general election of 1996 took place on 21 April 1996. In Veneto the election was narrowly won by the centre-left Olive Tree coalition, which won also nationally, but Liga VenetaLega Nord was the most voted party in the region: 32.8% in single-seat constituencies and 29.3% among party lists.
