Ivo Ardais Wortmann (born 10 March 1949), better known as Ivo Wortmann, is a Brazilian former professional footballer and currently a professional football manager, who is the current assistant coach at Guangzhou Evergrande.

Ivo Wortmann was a defensive midfielder as a player. He played for América-RJ and for Palmeiras. He coached Saudi Arabia under-16 national team to winning the title in the 1989 FIFA U-16 World Championship.
