KIHC (890 AM) is a Immaculate Heart Radio satellite station based in Arroyo Grande, California. After years of financial difficulties, the former format of Christian programming and teaching went off the air on November 1, 2012. The license was donated by the licensee, who had been leasing the station to the previous management, to IHR Educational Broadcasting. The tangible property was transferred for $1.00 and it became a noncommercial station. IHR assumed control on January 1, 2013, and the donation of the station was consummated on March 26, 2013. It began airing its Immaculate Heart Radio Roman Catholic religion format on January 5, 2013.
