Kowsar County (Persian: شهرستان کوثر) is a county in Ardabil Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Kivi. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 27,472, in 6,085 families.[1] The county consists of two districts: the Central District and Firuz District. The county has one city: Kivi.
