Księżpol [ˈkɕɛ̃ʂpɔl] is a village in Biłgoraj County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.[1] It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Księżpol. It lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) south of Biłgoraj and 93 km (58 mi) south of the regional capital Lublin.
The village has a population of 1,145.
