The L-Men of The Year Indonesia (LOTY) is an annual Male Model Pageant in Indonesia that sends the winner to the Mister International and the Manhunt International pageants. The pageant was established in 2004 and considered the oldest male pageant in Indonesia. Begin in 2015 the LOTY contest has absent.

History

The L-Men of The Year Indonesia was starting to choose the winner to the Manhunt International in 2005, but by 2011, the winner was changing to participate at the Mister International pageant. Since 2004 the L-Men of The Year purposes to inspire Indonesian people in healthy lifestyle. Beside of the pageant, Nutrifood Indonesia is the main company who produces L-Men products.

Franchise holders

In advance of Mister International became the main pageant to the grand winner, the LOTY 2005 titleholders competed in Manhunt International and Best Model of the World contests. Between 2008 and 2014 Grand winners of L-Men of The Year might compete to Mister International (for the winner), Manhunt International (for the runner-up) and Men Universe Model (in only 2011).

Since 2015 The Nutrifood Indonesia today does not produce L-Men national pageant. The candidates individually cast by L-Men of The year Management.

The winner of L-Men of the Year in 2004, 2005, 2007, 2011 did not compete at International pageants. In 2007 and 2010 the winner competed at the Manhunt International pageant. In 2011 the 2010 L-Men of the Year competed at the Men Universe Model pageant. In 2011 - 2014 the winner competed at the Mister International pageant.
