Lakan (Persian: لاكان, also Romanized as Lākān; also known as Sīmbar-e Lākān)[1] is a village in Lakan Rural District, in the Central District of Rasht County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,314, in 1,463 families.[2]
