The Lake Terrace is a 40-floor tower in the Jumeirah Lake Towers in Cluster D of JLT and was developed by Damac Properties [1] Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 154 m (614 ft). Construction of the Lake Terrace was completed in 2008.
