The Address the BLVD is a 72-storey 370 m (1,214 ft) skyscraper under construction in Downtown Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.[2] It will have 200 five-star-hotel rooms and 523 serviced residences. It is expected to be completed in Q3 2016.[1][3]
