The Marina Heights Tower is a 55-floor residential tower in the Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 208 m (684 ft). Construction of the Marina Heights Tower was completed in 2006.
The tower includes retail space at ground level, a business centre, car park, accommodation for domestic staff and leisure facilities, both at terrace level and on the 30th floor.
