Laureana di Borrello is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Reggio Calabria in the Italian region of Calabria, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) southwest of Catanzaro and about 60 kilometres (37 mi) northeast of Reggio Calabria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,520 and an area of 35.4 square kilometres (13.7 sq mi).[1]
