Lesmo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Monza and Brianza in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 25 kilometres (16 mi) northeast of Milan.
Lesmo borders the following municipalities: Casatenovo, Triuggio, Correzzana, Camparada, Arcore, Macherio, Biassono.
