List of Bermuda Twenty20 International cricketers

Gary Wilson, seen keeping wicket, was the sole batsman dismissed by wicketkeeper Jekon Edness in T20Is.

A Twenty20 International (T20I) is an international cricket match between two representative teams, each having T20I status, as determined by the International Cricket Council (ICC), and is played under the rules of Twenty20 cricket.[1] The first T20I was played between Australia and New Zealand on 17 February 2005.[2] Bermuda played its first T20I under the captaincy of Irving Romaine at the Civil Service Cricket Club, Stormont, Belfast, on 3 August 2008, against Scotland.[3] This match took place during the 2009 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier, which took place between 25 August 2008. Bermuda played a total of three matches during this tournament and lost them all, failing to qualify for the 2009 ICC World Twenty20. Bermuda later lost its T20I status during the 2009 World Cup Qualifier, in which they finished ninth.[4] Bermuda have not regained this status and now play in World Cricket League Division Four.[5]

Fourteen players have represented Bermuda in T20I matches, of whom eight have played all three games.[6] Steven Outerbridge has scored more runs than any other Bermudian with 49 runs at an average of 24.50 and has the highest individual score (37 not out).[7][8] Jekon Edness acted as wicket-keeper in all of Bermuda's fixtures and made one dismissal, stumping Gary Wilson for 7 off the bowling of Romaine.[9][10] George O'Brien has claimed more wickets in T20I matches than any other Bermudian, having taken five, while Romaine holds the best bowling analysis, with 2/2 (two wickets for two runs) against Ireland.[11][12] Two players have captained Bermuda in T20Is: Romaine (two games) and Rodney Trott (one game).[13]

Where more than one player won his first Twenty20 cap in the same match, those players are listed alphabetically by surname.
