Longhua New District is a development area in a district of Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, People's Republic of China. The district was created by on 30 December 2011.[1]
History
The new district was established on 30 December 2011 by the Shenzhen municipal government.

Geography
The new district covers an area of 137.9 square kilometres. Longhua New District is situated in the north-western part of Shenzhen city. It is next to Dongguan City in the north.
Economy
Vienna Hotels has its headquarters in the district.[3]
