Longview is a village in Champaign County, Illinois, United States. The population was 153 at the 2010 census.

Longview is located at 39°53′10″N 88°3′54″W / 39.88611°N 88.06500°W (39.886177, -88.065111).[1]

As of the census[5] of 2000, there were 153 people, 57 households, and 42 families residing in the village. The population density was 610.6 people per square mile (236.3/km²). There were 66 housing units at an average density of 263.4 per square mile (101.9/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 98.69% White, 0.65% Native American, and 0.65% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.96% of the population.
There were 57 households out of which 40.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.4% were married couples living together, 14.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.3% were non-families. 19.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.68 and the average family size was 3.05.
In the village the population was spread out with 30.7% under the age of 18, 8.5% from 18 to 24, 29.4% from 25 to 44, 15.0% from 45 to 64, and 16.3% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 33 years. For every 100 females there were 98.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 100.0 males.
The median income for a household in the village was $31,875, and the median income for a family was $32,917. Males had a median income of $28,750 versus $23,333 for females. The per capita income for the village was $12,116. About 13.3% of families and 15.2% of the population were below the poverty line, including 25.5% of those under the age of eighteen and none of those sixty five or over.
The closure of the Longview Bank in 2004 left Webber's Auto Body (1981) as the longest lasting remaining business in the village in 2009.
