Looney Tunes: Spotlight Collection is a collection of animated shorts released on DVD by Warner Home Video, created as a more family-friendly, affordable companion to the higher priced Looney Tunes Golden Collection sets aimed at collectors. The collection contains cartoons from the Merrie Melodies and Looney Tunes series. Many of the cartoons included on these sets are also already available, along with many other cartoons, on the aforementioned Golden Collection sets.
Volume 1
Volume 1 has 28 cartoons on a 2 disc set (which are basically discs 3 and 4 of the Golden Collection without the bonus features).

There was no Volume 3 in favor of the Looney Tunes Movie Collection, which showcased two movies on separate discs: The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Movie, and Bugs Bunny's 3rd Movie: 1001 Rabbit Tales.
Volume 4
Volume 4 has 28 cartoons on a 2 disc set. This volume is discs 1 and 4 of the Golden Collection Volume 4, lacking the bonus features, and omitting Southern Fried Rabbit and The Sour Puss.

Volume 6
Volume 6 comprises two discs containing 30 cartoons and 8 bonus cartoons, and are basically Discs 1 and 4 of the Looney Tunes Golden Collection: Volume 6. Disc 1 differs in that Hare Trigger, My Little Duckaroo and Bear Feat are replaced with Baby Buggy Bunny, Broomstick Bunny and By Word of Mouse. Disc 2 replaces Horton Hatches the Egg, Chow Hound, The Oily American and Martian Through Georgia with The Draft Horse, Rookie Revue, The Weakly Reporter and A Cartoonist's Nightmare.

Volume 7 was released in Fall 2009 and has 26 cartoons on a 2 disc set. Disc 1 is the first five cartoons from Disc 1 of the Looney Tunes Golden Collection: Volume 1 while the other ten are from the 2nd disc of Volume Two. Disc 2 is basically Disc 4 of Volume Three, but omits Daffy Duck and Egghead, A Gruesome Twosome, An Itch in Time, and Gonzales' Tamales.
