Lord Nasher
Lord Nasher is a fictional character in the Forgotten Realms fantasy campaign setting for the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game.
Description
Lord Nasher Alagondar is the fearless former adventurer and ruler of Neverwinter who holds his city firmly in the Lords' Alliance. Nasher has laid many intrigues and magical preparations against attacks from their warlike rival town of Luskan, even going so far as not allowing maps of the city to be made in order to throw off the spies of Luskan and throwing off any invasion plans.[1]
Lord Nasher is always accompanied by his bodyguard, the Neverwinter Nine.[1] They carry nearly as much magical gear as he does himself.[2]

Nasher appeared in the video game Never Winter Nights that was played on AOL back in 1997.
Lord Nasher appears in the video games Neverwinter Nights and Neverwinter Nights 2. He is mentioned, but does not appear, in Neverwinter Nights: Hordes of the Underdark and Neverwinter Nights 2: Storm of Zehir.
In Neverwinter Nights: Hordes of the Underdark, the player confronts a group made up of Grimgnaw, Maugrim Korothir, Crimson, Balphegor, and a Minotaur that Nasher had slain in his youth. If the player character "examines" the minotaur, they will learn that Nasher once had a wife and child, though we hear no more about that.
