Měrovice nad Hanou is a village and municipality (obec) in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.9 square kilometres (3.1 sq mi), and has a population of 698 (as at 3 July 2006).
Měrovice nad Hanou lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) south-west of Přerov, 28 km (17 mi) south of Olomouc, and 220 km (137 mi) east of Prague.
