Mahindananda Aluthgamage (Sinhala:මහින්දානන්ද අලුත්ගමගේ), MP is the former Sri Lankan Sports minister. Deputy Minister of Power & Energy. He is a Member of Parliament for Kandy District. He was educated at Gangasiripura Vidyalaya Gampola[1][2] and Royal College Colombo. He lost his position as a minister in 2015 when former President Mahinda Rajapaksha was defeated at the election.
