Markvartice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈmarkvarcɪtsɛ]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.41 square kilometres (2.47 sq mi), and has a population of 205 (as at 28 August 2006).
Markvartice lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) south of Jihlava and 133 km (83 mi) south-east of Prague.
