Růžená (Czech pronunciation: [ˈruːʒɛnaː]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.49 square kilometres (2.12 sq mi), and has a population of 310 (as at 28 August 2006).
Růžená lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south-west of Jihlava and 116 km (72 mi) south-east of Prague.
