Jersín (Czech pronunciation: [ˈjɛrsiːn]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.96 square kilometres (2.30 sq mi), and has a population of 198 (as at 2 October 2006).
Jersín lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) east of Jihlava and 125 km (78 mi) south-east of Prague.
