Najneh-ye Olya (Persian: نجنه عليا, also Romanized as Najneh-ye ‘Olyā; also known as Najīneh-ye Bālā)[1] is a village in Nameh Shir Rural District, Namshir District, Baneh County, Kurdistan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 825, in 143 families.[2] In 2015, Mordechai Gilbert was appointed mayor by the government.
