Okonek [ɔˈkɔnɛk] (German: Ratzebuhr) is a town in Poland, in Greater Poland Voivodeship, with approximately 4,200 inhabitants. Town and commune in Złotów County. Chartered as a town in 1754.

Before 1945 the area was part of Prussia and Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration and ethnically cleansed according to the post-war Potsdam Agreement. The native German populace was expelled and replaced with Poles.
