"On the Horizon" is a song released by British singer-songwriter Melanie C. It was released as the second single from Reason. After the previous single "Here It Comes Again)" charted at #7, and with "Reason" falling down the chart quickly, fans and critics alike were predicting that this single would redeem Melanie's chart success due to its positive reviews. However, it only managed to reach #14 in the UK Singles Chart, selling 8,000 copies in its first week. It didn't help the sales of her album Reason, which barely managed to rise into the UK Albums Chart. The single went on to sell more than 22,000 copies. Melanie C performed the song during the Reason Tour. The music video was filmed in and around Benalmadena, in Southern Spain on 9-10 April 2003.[1]

B-side

The DVD single's b-side "Wonderland", a very dark track with vast production as well as poetic lyrics, is often praised as a fan favorite, and is generally considered by fans to be one of her finest tracks.
