Movie Edition Ouran High School Host Club (映画 桜蘭高校ホスト部 Gekijoban Oran Koko Hosutobu) is a 2012 Japanese school comedy film written by Natsuko Ikeda and directed by Choru Han.[1] The film is a live action adaptation of the manga series Ouran High School Host Club by Bisco Hatori. It was released on March 17, 2012.
Plot
Through unexpected circumstances, Haruhi Fujioka ends up joining the male host club, having to hide her sex to the club's female clientele. Friendship and love grows between Haruhi and the male club members.

Haruna Kawaguchi was sixteen years old when she portrayed Haruhi in her first feature-length film.[2]
