Developed at NPO Mashinostroyeniya . Alfa is designated also Novator KTRV Morinform Agat 3M54 3M54E P-900 . Modernization of Kirov class battlecruiser and new battlecruisers destroyers cruisers , included project Lider can be fitted with Tsirkon , Grom Meteorit , GELA , P1200 Bolid , P1000 Vulkan ,P900(A) 3M51 Alfa (NPO Energomash Chelomej) missiles .
