Notes
- ↑ Pakistan was originally scheduled to play their home match on 17 March 2015 (15:00 UTC+5) at Punjab Stadium, Lahore,[3] but it was postponed due to safety and security reasons after the Lahore church bombings and civil unrest in the city.[4][5] The match was subsequently rescheduled to be played in Bahrain.[6][7][8]
