Paladugu is a village in Medikonduru mandal in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh state of India. It belongs to Coastal Andhra region. It is located 25 kilometres (16 mi) towards west from the district headquarters of Guntur, 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from Medikonduru, and 254 kilometres (158 mi) from the state old capital of Hyderabad. and 28.5 km for the new capital of Amaravathi

Paladugu's Postal Index Number is 522401 and the postal head office is in Siripuram.

Pedamakkena (5 kilometres (3.1 mi)), Siripuram (5 kilometres (3.1 mi)), Kantepudi (5 kilometres (3.1 mi)), Komerapudi (7 kilometres (4.3 mi)), Mandapadu (7 kilometres (4.3 mi)) are its nearby villages. Geography and climate

Paladugu's climate is tropical wet and dry climate and varies considerably, depending on the seasonal periods. July to September is the seasons for tropical rains, which play a major role in determining the climate of the village, and the village receives heavy rainfall from southwestern summer monsoons during these months. Summers last from March to June. The range of the average temperature is generally 18.6 °C (65.5 °F), during the winter, to 40 °C (104 °F) in summer. The average rainfall is about 889 millimetres (35.0 in).[1]

The village of Paladugu covers an area of about 1,250 hectares (3,100 acres) and has a population 3,640 inhabitants, with 1,846 males and 1,794 females living in 929 houses. Telugu is the official language, but Urdu is also spoken by large numbers of inhabitants.[1]
