Early life
Early childhood
University
At the age of 18, Pankaj was accepted into School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi where he completed his Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Later he went to Camp America in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, where he taught automotive techniques. He was always different in his ideas and would apply his mind on making systems efficient.
In 1993, at the age of 24, Pankaj moved to New York City where he pursued his Master's in Architecture from Pratt Institute. Soon he moved to University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma from where he completed his 2 year degree in just one year with Urban Design and Real Estate as his majors. While in college, Pankaj with his entrepreneurial aspirations did a lot of back-end research.
Career
Archage
In 1995, Pankaj started Studco, an architectural firm, which was later re-named Archage. In first five years the firm worked in residential, hotel, institutional, industrial and commercial sectors. In the year 2001, the company zoomed into profits by combining ancient indian architecture with western practicality. The company enhanced further when they fused Vastu shastra and Feng shui in their designs in the later years.
Platinum Circle
To enhance the limit of human minds, in 2009 he got involved in one of a kind 7-star spa resort located at Bhimtal which is set in the magical environment of mountains and plush forest all around. It is spread in 20 acre overlooking the lake. The serene and calm atmosphere is perfect for inner peace.
This spiritual center is designed for foreigners who want to get acquainted with the traditional Indian meditation.
Ten On Ten
With a goal to bring transparency in Real Estate, Pankaj started a very successful venture Ten On Ten in 2012. He later exited from it to pursue his dreams for a bigger objective.
Oxxy International
In August 2013, Pankaj conceptualized Oxxy, under the brand Oxxy International. Spending on healthcare is a key component of a household's monthly budget.
Many Foreign Investors offered to fund Oxxy and take it to other countries as well. Oxxy declined as it is a cash flow positive venture and ensuring that it is able to do proper service in India before expanding overseas. Customer service is the main focus.

Godof Hospitals
The idea of optimizing healthcare infrastructure led to the start of Godof Hospital Chain In September 2015. Pankaj envisioned building a chain where the facilities, both healthcare and administration, would be standardized at very affordable prices. These hospitals are ranging from 50 to 500 bed capacity.
Founder Pankaj Gupta said in an interview, "The main objective of these hospitals is to bring affordability in healthcare without any extra undisclosed cost. Godof aims to bring a transparent, never before world class chain of hospitals which shall soon mark its impressions on the world map." No other model currently exists in India and its success will purely depend on the affordability of quality treatment and services comparable with global standards. Godof hospitals would soon be able to cater to international patients [medical tourism].
Godof is operating 47 multi-speciality hospitals across the country.
Spoc Chat
Having a streak for investing in promising ventures, Pankaj took a major stake holding in Spoc Chat, a web based search service, in 2016.
Xoop Network
Realizing a big need for a GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) this venture came into existence. Not only it will help raise the level of healthcare in India, it will also make it very affordable.
Goals
Pankaj is trying to get the fragmented sector of healthcare in the country under one umbrella. He is making every effort to get transparency, affordability and accessibility in this sector. Pankaj is greatly influenced by world leaders Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton & Narendra Modi, actors Amitabh Bachchan & Tom Cruise, sports stars Lionel Messi & Sachin Tendulkar and new age innovators Elon Musk & Mark Zuckerberg.
Healthy World
Oxxy has used services of Indian Red Cross Society for blood donation in the camps organized under Swastha Bharat. Oxxy also recommends technology platforms like Google, YouTube & Facebook which are great sources for anyone to get information about their health.
