At the 2006 census, its population was 4,527, in 1,231 families.[2] District of Pariz Town (Persian: بخش پاريز) is a Town District (Bakhsh) in Pariz District, Sirjan County, Kerman Province, Iran.[3] The town district has 54 villages.
Pariz lies at an elevation of 7,550 feet (2,300 m), and is surrounded by a mass of gardens. With a population of perhaps 3000 inhabitants, and being the capital of a small district, it would be prosperous were it not one of the first points struck by Fars raiders.(Written and copied by Ehsan.Jafary.Nia.Parizi from the book of "TEN THOUSAND MILES IN PERSIA OR EIGHT®YEARS IN IRAN" written by Sir Percy Molesworth Sykes)
