Pazhayattil Devi Temple (Malayalam: പഴയാറ്റിൽ ദേവീക്ഷേത്രം) is a famous temple at Perissery, Kerala, India. It is located two kilometers from Chengannur, State Highway 10 (Kerala). The temple hosts Mudiyedupp (Mudiyett), one of the rare traditional ritual art form in Kerala. It is conducted in every six years.

The main deity of the temple is Bhadrakali. The temple also has shrines of other deities such as Rakshas, Jala Yakshi and Naga. The temple complex also includes a holy pond, office room, and a feast hall. The temple has arrangements for Hindu wedding, including feast hall.
