Qarah Khanlu (Persian: قره خان لو‎‎, also Romanized as Qarah KhÄnlÅ«)[1] is a village in Arshaq-e Markazi Rural District, Arshaq District, Meshgin Shahr County, Ardabil Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.[2]
