Shaban Rural District (Persian: دهستان شعبان) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Meshgin Shahr County, Ardabil Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,470, in 1,182 families.[1] The rural district has 30 villages.
