Quaid-e-Azam College Of Engineering and Technology (QCET) is a college of UET Lahore Located in Sahiwal.It was established in 1997 and under the flag of UET Lahore in 2011.The students of this institute are awarded with the UET Lahore degree.UET Lahore controls the academics programs and examination of this institute.The students are selected on highly merit basis.The UET Lahore entry test is also every year organized in this college.It is recognized by HEC and PEC.The UET Lahore allows college only to select 125 students per year on Open Merit Basis for the admission.Due to less seats only some students succeeded to get admission on highly merit basis.The college started its operation in the 2011 under the flag of UET Lahore.

UET Lahore is one of the best institutions of higher learning in the country and ranks among one of the top ten universities in "engineering technology category" by HEC.In addition, the university continuously secures its ranking amongst top 300 Asian institutions of science and technology by QS World University Rankings & Also 4th Best University Engineering University by HEC in HEC Category wise Ranking list 2014.
