Queen City Roller Girls or QCRG,[1] are a women's flat-track roller derby league based in Buffalo, New York. Founded in 2006,[2] the league begins their tenth season in 2016. The QCRG are a member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA).[3]

Current teams

The QCRG league is composed of four home teams: the Alley Kats, the Devil Dollies, the Suicidal Saucies and the Nickel City Knockouts, who have won 4 consecutive QCRG Championships (starting in 2012). The "training team" is the Queen's Court. The All-Star travel team is the Lake Effect Furies, who will be heading to Omaha NE to play in the D1 playoffs in October 2015.

QCRG also has an affiliated junior roller derby league, The Queen City Junior Roller Girls, which comprises 2 teams, The Cereal Killers and The Atomic Bettys. The juniors also have an All-Star travel team, The Queen City Jr Roller Girls. [4]

Queen City Roller Girls recently paired up with Buffalo Riverworks to make their move downtown to the waterfront for the 2015 season, now playing at 333 Ganson St. in Buffalo. Their home-team season typically runs from January through June.
