Rockstar Japan
Rockstar Japan was a Japanese label of Rockstar Games that collaborated with Capcom who owned exclusive distribution rights to the Grand Theft Auto series in Japan.[1] After Rockstar regained Japanese distribution rights, the studio was quietly dissolved. Rockstar Lincoln now handles the localization of Rockstar's games for the Japanese market,[2] with distribution handled by the Japanese arm of Take-Two Interactive.[3]
