SS Entertainment (Hangul: SS 엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean record label. It currently consists of solo artists Eun Ji-won, Gilme, and boy group The Legend.
History
Hip-hop artist and former Sechs Kies member Eun Ji-won started his own label GYM Entertainment in 2009 with singer-rapper Gilme being the first to debut under his company.
In June 2015, the company was merged with JKSpace Entertainment, which has k-pop boy group, The Legend, signed under them. After the merger, Eun Ji-won, Gilme and The Legend continued to promote under the new company.[1][2]
In January 2016, three of their female trainees, Lee Hae-in, Seo Hye-lin and Lee Su-hyun joined the Mnet survival show about girl group trainees, Produce 101. Lee Hae-in and Lee Su-hyun made it to the finale, but neither were able to debut as a member of I.O.I. The trainees are currently preparing to debut in what would be the company's first girl group.
