Saba Waseem Abbas (Urdu: صبا وسیم عباس), previously Saba Pervez (born 21 June 1957) is a Pakistani television actress. She is known for her roles in Family Front, Anokha Ladla (TV Series), Azar Ki Ayegi Baraat, Dolly Ki Ayegi Baraat, Takkay Ki Ayegi Baraat, Annie Ki Ayegi Baraat, Main Abdul Qadir Hoon, Dastaan, Qaid-e-Tanhai, Aks, Mastana Mahi, Thakan, Ek Tamanna Lahasil Si, Aik Nayee Cinderella, Meri Dulari, Tanhai, Dil e Muztar, Pyaray Afzal, and Bikhra Mera Naseeb.
In addition to these serials, she has been a part of several critically and films such asMein Ek Din Laut Kay Aaoon Ga, Abhi To Main Jawan Hoon, Good Morning Karachi, and Jawani Phir Nahi Ani.
Early life
Saba was born in Lahore, Pakistan and studied at the Lahore College for Women University.[1] She has three sisters and one brother and is the daughter of renowned columnist and writer Hameed Akhtar.[1][2][3]
Career
Saba started her career as an actor in 1980 on TV, then worked in theater from mid 80s to mid 90.
Saba works for Pakistan Television and other private TV channels.
