List of Schools of the Sacred Heart

The Schools of The Sacred Heart Network is a network of private, Catholic schools throughout the world. The program revolves around five goals:

• Educate to a personal and active faith in God
• Educate to a deep respect for intellectual values
• Educate to a social awareness which impels to action
• Educate to the building of community as a Christian value
• Educate to a personal growth in an atmosphere of wise freedom

The Society of the Sacred Heart was founded in France by Saint Madeleine Sophie Barat.^[1] The schools of the Sacred Heart were brought to the US by Saint Rose Philippine Duchesne, where the association of the schools is known as the Network of Sacred Heart Schools. In addition, there are numerous schools affiliated with or run by the Society of the Sacred Heart around the world.
