Real Salt Lake Women (previously known as Salt Lake United and Sparta Salt Lake) is an American women's soccer team, founded in 2008 by Sara Cowley, Kendra Halterman and Dennis Burrows. The team is a member of United Women's Soccer, in the second tier of women’s soccer in the United States and Canada. The team plays in the Western Division.
