Sarnico is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, about 70 kilometres (43 mi) northeast of Milan and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of Bergamo at the southern end of Lake Iseo. As of 28 February 2010, it had a population of 6,540 and an area of 6.4 square kilometres (2.5 sq mi).[1]
Sarnico borders the following municipalities: Adrara San Martino, Iseo, Paratico, Predore, Viadanica, Villongo.
