Satoshi Yamaguchi (山口 智 Satoshi Yamaguchi, born April 17, 1978) is a Japanese footballer from Takaoka in Kōchi, Japan. He plays the defender position. Yamaguchi joined the J. League Division 1 in 1996, with JEF United Ichihara. In 2001, he moved to Gamba Osaka.[1]

He made his senior national team debut on May 27, 2009, in a friendly match against Chile at Nagai Stadium in Osaka.
