Sidhant Gupta is an Indian film actor and super model.[1] He is mainly known for his role as Kunj Sarna in Zee Tv's "Tashan-e-Ishq"Also other roles in Bang Bang Bangkok, Tutiya Dil and Badmashiyaan.[2]

Early life and education

Gupta’s hometown is in Jammu. He represented J&K in national level under-14 cricket, under-17 swimming and under-19 basketball.[3] Later he went to Delhi for ground studies for CPL. He has an elder brother who is a fashion designer by profession and also designs clothes for him.

Career

Gupta has done few commercials for Hero Honda, Clear Shampoo and Close Up. His debut movie was Tutiya Dil, a romantic comedy. Sidhant later followed up with films like Bang Bang Bangkok, and Badmashiyaan where Gupta’s character[4] as Dev in Badmashiyaan was described as "a hopeless romantic who always wears his heart on his sleeves"[5] and "the cute guy every girl would love to take home."[6][7] Sidhant later dicided to continue his acting career with telivision show Tashan-E-Ishq which has been doing great on the TRP charts.[8] At Zee Rishtey Awards 2015, he bagged the award for Favourite Nayi Jodi with Jasmin Bhasin.[9]
